Panopticon Ventures LLC was established in New York in 2016 as a formal investment and consulting vehicle for its sole managing member, Sandeep Ramesh.   It has been profitable since inception, essentially funded through investment returns and secondarily through business consulting to hedge funds, venture funds, and startups that defy traditional boundaries.
